1. Acknowledgment of Risks

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I am aware of the inherent risks associated with the use of bounce houses, bounce slides, and party domes, including but not limited to, the risk of injury resulting from falls, collisions, or misuse of the equipment. I understand that such risks include, but are not limited to, personal injury, property damage, and/or death.

 

2. Assumption of Risk

I voluntarily assume all risks and hazards associated with the use of DIY Bounce Rental's rental equipment. I understand that by using this equipment, I am exposing myself and/or my guests to potential injury or damage. I accept full responsibility for any such risks and hazards.

 

3. Release and Waiver

In consideration for being permitted to use DIY Bounce Rental’s rental equipment, I, on behalf of myself, my guests, and my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless DIY Bounce Rental, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether in law or equity, arising out of or related to any injury, damage, or loss which may occur during or as a result of the use of the rental equipment.

 

4. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold DIY Bounce Rentals harmless from any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to any use of the rental equipment by myself, my guests, or any other persons.

 

5. Responsibility for Supervision

I acknowledge that I am responsible for supervising the use of the rental equipment and ensuring that all users adhere to safety guidelines and instructions provided by DIY Bounce Rental. I agree to instruct all participants on safe play practices and to monitor their behavior to prevent misuse of the equipment.

 

6. Governing Law

This waiver and release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the event takes place.

 

7. Entire Agreement

This waiver constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral, with respect to the subject matter.
